On en distingue 6 principaux&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Les acides amin\u00e9s : il en existe une vingtaine dont la th\u00e9anine, \u00e0 la saveur sucr\u00e9e. Plus le th\u00e9 est oxyd\u00e9, plus ils ont tendance \u00e0 d\u00e9grader ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Les alcalo\u00efdes : la caf\u00e9ine, la th\u00e9obromine et la th\u00e9ophylline, des substances am\u00e8res \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sentes dans le caf\u00e9 qui sont des r\u00e9pulsifs s\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9s par la plante pour se prot\u00e9ger des nuisibles ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Les glucides : des amidons et des sucres stock\u00e9s au cours de la photosynth\u00e8se ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Les min\u00e9raux : plus de 40 types dont du magn\u00e9sium, le potassium, le calcium se trouvent dans le th\u00e9, variant en fonction des r\u00e9coltes ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Les pigments : chlorophylle et carot\u00e9no\u00efdes absorbent la lumi\u00e8re au cours de la photosynth\u00e8se pour colorer les feuilles de th\u00e9 ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Les polyph\u00e9nols : l\u2019EGCG et la cat\u00e9chine principalement, sont des antioxydants s\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9s par les plantes pour attirer ou repousser certains parasites. Ils conf\u00e8rent au th\u00e9 son go\u00fbt astringent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"title-2\">Les bienfaits prouv\u00e9s du th\u00e9 et de l\u2019infusion sur la sant\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le th\u00e9 noir, blanc ou vert \u00e9tant infus\u00e9 dans l\u2019eau est effectivement une source d\u2019hydratation lorsqu\u2019il est consomm\u00e9 r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. En tant qu\u2019adulte, il est d\u2019ailleurs recommand\u00e9 par de nombreuses \u00e9tudes de s\u2019astreindre \u00e0 la consommation de 1,5 \u00e0 2 litres d\u2019eau par jour pour \u00eatre en bonne sant\u00e9. En effet, l\u2019eau est le constituant principal de nos cellules, mais assure \u00e9galement la bonne \u00e9limination des d\u00e9chets.
